What impressed us was the work ethic of your employees and how they took the extra steps in assuring that the property was in pristine condition when their work was completed. This is not a common practice in Florida, and it was most welcomed by us.
We know that the work you did was very tedious and time consuming, but we never saw any frustration or the "give up" attitude by any of the Hacienda Collection employees.
